MDSS is excited to announce that we have once again been invited to submit the names of two children to take part in the Dreams Take Flight Program. Dreams Take Flight provides a one day, all-expense paid trip to Disney World for each child and a caregiver.
If you are a current MDSS member and you have a child between the ages of 6 and 12 years old who has not previously visited a Disney park and has not participated in the program before, you might want to consider this opportunity. Please visit http://www.ywg.dreamstakeflight.ca/ particularly the What to Expect page, to determine if you would like to put your child’s name forward.
All participants must have passports, and the signatures of both custodial parents are required on the application forms.
Should MDSS have more than 2 names submitted, a draw for the 2 spots will take place at our October 6th Board Meeting. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF YOUR CHILD’S NAME IS 1:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3RD.
Winners will be contacted the evening of October 6th, and Val Surbey, MDSS Vice-President, will assist families through the registration process.
