Here are the details:

• Time: 12-4pm (come and go style event)
• Location: Dakota Collegiate – 661 Dakota Street: Winnipeg
Fit Kids Healthy Kids is a program that focuses on teaching children and their adult leaders the fundamentals of movement to make kids confident and competent in sport, recreation, and life. The program emphasizes non-competitive and inclusive games and activities, including running, jumping, throwing, catching, and more. Through low-organized games, stationed play, dance, modified sport, and free play, children will have the opportunity to learn and develop important physical literacy skills in a fun and supportive environment.
We believe in the importance of providing opportunities for children with diverse abilities to participate in activities that promote physical literacy, and this event aligns perfectly with our inclusive approach.
We highly encourage you to join us with your children for this wonderful event. It’s a great opportunity for them to engage in enjoyable and beneficial activities while also promoting a holistic approach to physical skills. Brothers and sisters are welcome too!
There is no cost to attend the event however we do as that you register the number of people attending from your family so we can ensure we have enough supplies and games available.
