The Manitoba Down Syndrome Society is currently seeking your feedback! We want to know about your experiences with us in order to ensure we are providing the best supports possible and meeting the needs of our community.
Until December 10th 2018, the MDSS will be collecting surveys in order to gain your input and experiences regarding the services and programming provided by the MDSS. This survey should only be completed once by one member of your family. It will take between 4-6 minutes to complete and upon completion you will be entered into a draw for a free one year membership with the MDSS.
You do not need to be a current member of the MDSS to complete this survey. All families with a loved one who happens to have Down syndrome are welcome to participate.
Your feedback is critical to ensuring that our work continues to move in the right direction. We value our membership and want to do what is best for our community. Your input can help guide us. Please consider taking the time to have your voice heard by completing this survey.
